    How can I register?

     All you need to do is fill out a simple registration form on the main page of the website.

    Do I need to deposit funds to register?

    No, registration is completely free. You will only need to deposit funds when you decide to start trading on a real account. Until then, you can practice on a demo account.

    What currency can be used for trading?

    Upon registration, you will have access to one currency – the US dollar.

    What deposit methods are available?

     Bin Trade allows its clients to deposit funds using a e-wallets (Qiwi, FK wallet, Advcash, Tether, Payeer, Steam Pay, Perfect Money), and cryptocurrency (Litecoin, Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Cash, Dash, Bitcoin).

    How long does it take to deposit funds?

     Deposits are processed instantly. As soon as the funds are credited to your Bin Trade account, they are immediately displayed on the trading platform and in your personal account.

    I can't deposit funds. How can I resolve this issue?

     There may be many reasons for this. To resolve your issue, please send a request to customer support. You can do this by either submitting a request to admin@bin-trade.ru or reporting the issue in the online chat.

    How can I withdraw funds from my account?

    Withdrawals are processed in USD to USDT TRC-20 details.

    Does the platform offer a demo account?

     Immediately after registration, you will receive a training account (demo account). This account is intended for learning and practice. You cannot withdraw money from this account. You can trade simultaneously on both a real and a demo account, switching between them in the trading terminal. To replenish the spent funds on your demo account, please click the “replenish” button next to the label (demo account).

    How can I start working with Bintrade?

    If you are already familiar with the basics of market trading and know how to trade binary options, all you need to do is deposit funds, and you can start trading. The minimum deposit amount is 5$. If you are unsure about your skills, you can practice on the demo account.

    Do I need to sign any documents before starting to trade?

    No, there is no need to sign anything. By registering, you agree to the client agreement.

    Are there any restrictions on working with certain countries?

    There are two exceptions: the USA and Israel. Clients from these countries will not be able to register on our website or start trading.

    Do I need to download any specialized software for trading?

    No. Trading is conducted exclusively through the web interface of the bin-trade.ru terminal. You can trade from any computer connected to the Internet. To do this, you need to register and then enter your login and password. For trading on a smartphone, you can use a standard browser. The platform is adapted for all types of devices.

    What is a binary option?

     A binary option is a financial instrument that allows you to place a trade based on whether the price of an asset will rise or fall. All risks and profits are known before the trade is made.

    What is the expiration time of a trade?

     The expiration time can be called the expiry time — this is the moment when the trade closes. Based on the result of the trade, the trader either receives the previously agreed payout or nothing at all. It depends on whether their forecast was correct.

    What is the closing price?

     The closing price refers to the price of the asset at the moment the trade expires. Whether the trade closes profitably or not depends on this price. If the closing price is favorable, the trader will receive a profit; if not, they will face a loss.

    Under what conditions does a trade become profitable?

     You earn a profit if your forecast is correct. For example, if you bet on the price rising (opened a "Up" trade), your account will be credited with a profit if, at the time of expiration, the asset’s price is higher than when the trade was opened. For "Down" trades, the opposite applies — to make a profit, the asset’s price must be lower than the purchase price at the time of expiration.

    What is the minimum deposit amount?

     We have set the minimum deposit amount at 5$. You will not be able to open a deposit with a smaller amount.

    Is there a maximum deposit limit?

    There is no such limit. However, there is an upper limit on the size of a single payment: within one transaction, a client can deposit no more than 10 000 $. But you can make as many payments as you want.

    How fast is the withdrawal process?

    It takes one hour to process a request, provided the request is made during the working hours of the platform's financial department, and your account is verified according to the platform’s requirements. The financial department’s working hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 (GMT+2), Monday to Friday. If a withdrawal request is submitted outside of business hours or on weekends, it will be processed at the beginning of the next working day.
    If your account is not verified, the withdrawal request will be processed within up to 3 business days. Only one withdrawal request can be submitted per day.

    Is there a fee for depositing/withdrawing funds?

    We do not charge any fees, and we also cover the payment system fees for deposits/withdrawals from the trading account on behalf of our clients.

    Withdrawal Policy

    To submit and process a withdrawal request, the client must provide all requested information in the “Profile” section. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, the withdrawal may be declined or delayed.

    What are the trading hours on the BinTrade platform?

    Trading for all assets is available from Monday to Friday. On weekends, only cryptocurrency trading is available

    Do I need to provide any documents when withdrawing funds, and if so, which ones?

    To ensure fast withdrawals, please complete all personal details in the “Profile Settings” section. If you are using multiple credit cards or if the payment details do not match the ones you provided during registration, you will need to go through full verification and prove that the cards truly belong to you. Withdrawals to third parties are prohibited.

    If the account was funded via online wallets:

    To complete the verification process, please send the following information to admin@bin-trade.ru:

    • A scan of the passport of the account holder. All information must be clear and visible without obfuscation.
    • A statement (screenshot) from the online wallet showing the deposit transaction to the BinTrade platform. The document must display all transactions for the month in which the payment was made to the platform.

     

    Why has the withdrawal request been confirmed, but the funds are not yet in my card/wallet?

    The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment system used for the withdrawal.

    • For withdrawals to a bank card: The process of sending funds involves several steps, and the time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on the bank that issued your card. The crediting of funds to a bank card may take up to several business days.
    • For withdrawals to online wallets: Funds are usually received within an hour after the request is confirmed by the financial department.

    There may be unforeseen situations that cause delays in fund transfers (e.g., technical issues with the processing center or disruptions in the online wallet system). We ask for your understanding of these situations, as they are beyond the company's control. If the funds have not arrived in your card/wallet within the specified time, please contact customer support for more detailed information about your withdrawal status.

     

    Payment Rules. Security Policy.

    When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment process (including card number entry) occurs on a secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) does not reach the online store. The processing of this data is fully protected, and no one, including our online store, can access your personal and banking information. The standard of information protection used with card data is developed by international payment systems Visa and Mastercard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard - PCI DSS), which ensures secure processing of cardholder data. The technology used for data transmission guarantees transaction security using protocols such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and private banking networks with the highest security level.

    What is the minimum trade amount?

    The trade volume cannot be less than 1$.

    How to place a trade?

    Select an asset, expiration time, trade amount, and determine the direction of the price movement.

    • If you predict the price will rise, click the green arrow pointing up.
    • If you predict the price will fall, click the red arrow pointing down.

    Please note: Systematic use of the "Martingale" doubling strategy is prohibited on the BinTrade platform. Violating this rule may lead to trade cancellations and account suspension.

    Where can I view my trade history?

    You can check your trading history in your personal account (under the "Trading History" section) or directly on the trading platform in the "History" section.

    What is the profit percentage?

    If your prediction is correct, the profit can be up to 90% of the trade amount.

    How can I monitor open trades?

    Trades are displayed directly on the asset chart.

    How are trades verified?

    All trade history data is stored in the broker’s system. This includes the exact asset price at the time of trade opening and closing, the asset name, and the exact time of trade execution (down to the second). If a trader has any doubts, the broker will send a request to the quote provider for verification. This process takes at least three days from the time of the request. The client will receive the verification results as soon as BinTrade receives them.

    Why do quotes differ from FOREX and other sources?

    Reasons for discrepancies:

    • FOREX displays Bid and Ask prices (buy and sell prices), while BinTrade shows an average price calculated using the formula: (Bid + Ask) / 2.
    • Quotes come from different sources, so slight variations may occur.
    • A minor time delay in receiving quotes may result in differences in the fourth or fifth decimal place.

    By registering, you agree that BinTrade quotes take priority. They may not match quotes from other sources. External resources cannot be used to verify quotes, only as auxiliary tools.

     

  • Statuses and Privileges

    How can I obtain a status?

     You can receive a specific status based on the total deposit amount specified in the "Privileges and Statuses" section of your personal account.

    What is cashback?

    Cashback is a return of a percentage of the amount you lost during the week (Monday to Sunday) to your "Cashback Account." The cashback is credited every Monday, and the percentage of the return depends on your status.
